Store Buddy Manager Induction


Brief:

Creation of workbook for colleagues based on the 4 module areas as defined by the Subject Matter Expert. Store Buddy Managers are store managers who support stores which are opening new, being rebranded, or refitted.

Requirements were expanded to include:

  • Embedding of learning
  • A method of recording learning
  • A method of communication and storing documentation

Approach:

Following discussion with the stakeholders, I identified that they required a full framework to support their project.

To support with embedding learning, ‘experiences’ were created – learning which could be conducted ‘in the work’ – and reflected upon by submission of a form.

A Sharepoint site was designed and a Power Flow set up to allow for submission of reflections on the experiences via a form. This automatically emails the stakeholder with submissions for their review and feedback.
