Brief:

To develop a series of workshops which would give leaders confidence in leading conversations on difficult and challenging topics.

Framework:

One of the key requests was for a session which could flex according to local need. I designed a core session which encouraged leaders to think about how they would approach each individual conversation, considering planning for it and using a framework they create themselves to experiment with scenario based learning using the ‘plug-in’ scenarios.

This set up meant that facilitators. and learning designers could reuse the same framework, saving time and energy. The only piece that needed to be built for each need were the scenarios, which were based on real-life stories.
