Brief:
The company had been offering Inclusive Leadership development sessions to their top 600 Leaders. These sessions were designed by an external SME and delivered by the same supplier.
The feedback received on the session was good but not great with many leaders feeling it didn’t really stretch and challenge their thinking and the external facilitators did not add the expected value to the session.
As a learning design expert, I was asked to join a cross functional team re-designing the session by taking the elements that resonated well with leaders and adding in some more challenging content around bias, power and privilege.
